A selection of work across engineering, product development, organizational delivery, and business advisory. Each project shows a different part of how I turned goals into practical outcomes.
API / GO / INFRASTRUCTURE
In one weekend, I rewrote a Python service in Go to reduce operating costs. The change cut costs by 60% and, across the DSP/SSP APIs, led to more than $1 million in savings over the following year. The scope included the runtime, container setup, Redis integration, infrastructure, and load-testing harness.
CTO / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT / EVALUATION
As CTO, I built a contactless polygraph combining contactless physiological measurements with emotional and behavioral signals. I worked closely with Department of Defense units, including the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), to evaluate its efficacy and refine the system through their feedback.
